Positive: Great location close to the french quarter, lovely building that felt safe, parking available free of charge and a hot tub available for guest use.
Negative: It was advertised as a 2 bedroom apartment, but it only has one bedroom and a sofabed in the living room. It was therefore quite cramped for 4 people. The sofabed was not comfortable to sleep on as it was a thin and soft mattress.
Summary: Great place to stay but not a 2 bedroom apartment

Positive: The location was good for why were there. Aside from being harassed by a mentally disturbed man (during the day) two streets away from the property, the area seemed relatively safe - as advertised. There were no issues getting Uber to pick us up; never more than a five minute wait. All in all, for the price, it was worth it.
Negative: Upon arrival, the code to enter the property wasn’t working. This was because an incorrect code was emailed to me. Property management was easy to get in touch with, however, and the issue was quickly resolved. The drain in the shower/tub needs to be cleaned/cleared of gunk, as the tub began filling with water mere minutes after turning the shower on. Again, because of the low cost of the property, and relative good location, we weren’t too upset about this. The unit is connected to what I believe is three other units. We were unsure if there were other temporary renters, or long term tenants, but we could hear them walking around the hardwoods through the walls. We could not hear voices or other sounds, though.
Summary: You’ll get what you pay for. Great locale if you’re spending time in/around the Quarter.

Positive: Good location, near to French quarter (5mins by car). There are several amazing coffee shops around. It is a very friendly, clean neighborhood surrounded by historical buildings. The owner provide everything you need for cooking and listed detailed travel information which helps a lot.
Negative: First of all, the property manager provided wrong entry code. Secondly, the WiFi never worked for 4 days. The 4G signal was very week. We communicated with the property manager several times but the problem remained the same. It was very inconvenience for travelers.
