Rural house with pool, ideal to spend the holidays with the family. The house is located in a quiet area just 10 minutes from Palma and 5 minutes from the beach! Here you can relax and enjoy Mallorca. The house is fully equipped. In the kitchen there are the necessary utensils to cook at home. There is also Wi-Fi internet connection.
The location is very good just 5 km from the beach of Palma. The town of s'Arenjassa is 2 km away where there is a bakery and bars. Restaurants and supermarkets you can find them in the Arenal about 4 km from the farm.
The house is located within an estate of 7,000 m2. On the farm there are almond trees, carob trees and other fruit trees. On one side of the house there is a barbecue. At the back of the house there is a covered terrace where you can have breakfast and eat quietly observing nature.
The house has several rooms with air conditioning (heat pump) and a bathroom with bathtub.
In winter the house is cold and you cannot enjoy all its comforts like in summer. The house needs time to warm up with the fireplace and radiators. The climate of Mallorca is very humid and that increases the feeling of cold.
Electricity is not included in the price. It is charged at 0.30 cents KWh.
In the Balearic Islands there has been a tourist tourist since 2016. The taxa is € 2 per person per day in high season and € 0.50 in low season. The taxa will have to be paid when doing the chek in.

Summary: The views from the Villa were amazing, watching the planes taking off and coming in too!! The Villa was wonderful and so peaceful it was so relaxing!! We would come back again!!!

Summary: We went for 1 week in september and really enjoyed the house. It was bigger than we expected and is a house worthy of it’s prize . It is located outside the village (el arenal ) but it is still very close . From the pool there is a beautifull view over el arenal where you can relax perfectly.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay at this property. Spent most of our time in the outdoor area enjoying the views, the heat and the pool! Well equipped, good base to enjoy the island by car, beautiful coves with clear turquoise waters, plenty of markets and lots to do if you so wish. Kids spent most of their time in the pool. Juame kept in touch regularly from booking date and responses to any queries were answered straight away which was greatly appreciated (Thank you Jaume). Only tiny downfall, that was no-ones fault, is that our portable speaker got taken when we left it on the table outside when we went out for the day, so just to be aware to take any valuables inside before leaving the property. Other than that had a great time 😊👍

Summary: House with history. Loads of unique wooden furnitures, pictures, table games, equipment for kitchen. A bit chilly, though fire place adds on cosiness. You will be nicely surprised!

Summary: The villa is lovely,and much bigger than we expected,fitted out with everything you could want,and some extras to keep the kids amused. The outside area is amazing,kids loved exploring all the little hidden bits of garden (secret garden they called it) and the pool is great. Fantastic views (you can see the airport,and Palma) and so quiet and a lovely rural feel. So close to airport and Palma yet feels like you are in the middle of no where. Totally loved our holiday here,and would definitely come back again.
