Positive: The apartment was very spacious, and had a lovely balcony. The area was very peaceful (ideal for those who like nature) The Onsen,10 min walk down the road, was great. The host very kindly returned some of the cost as the hot sping water in the apartment did not work and his response to my issue regarding hot in the apratment was very qucik and courteous.
Negative: The transport- bus to Hakone- was not very frequent (I was there on the weekend)
Summary: I would definitely return and stay there again if the opportunity came about.

Positive: Everything was wonderful. I was especially surprised by the room with kimonos you could take photos in. The onsen in the apartment with natural water is fantastic! Tenzan Onsen is also within walking distance.

Positive: We loved staying at the property, the host was very responsive. The accommodation is absolutely amazing with lots of space and a private onsen. It is only a little bit further from the city but there is a bus station very close by to the accommodation, and it takes just a few minutes to get to the city. Overall, we loved our stay there with our kids!

Positive: Beautiful view of the mountain and sakura trees in blossom. It was also near a fantastic onsen. The place itself was tidy and had a great collection of kimonos to try on.

Positive: Amazing property at a very reasonable price. The place was extremely clean, and the owner communicated clearly and promptly throughout. Early check-in from around 9am was a big plus. The facilities were excellent, with useful extras like coffee, sauces, cooking equipment and full cutlery provided. The private onsen was also a great feature and made the stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this property.
