Negative: Maid service. Never got more cream or sugar for my coffee and one day the room was not cleaned even though I was gone for most of the day. Pool was ice cold.

Positive: I had a good stay at the Marriott Riverwalk. The location is perfect—right by the river, making it easy to enjoy the sights and access nearby restaurants and attractions. I especially loved the view from my room. The hotel staff was friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. Overall, the hotel looks nice and feels well-maintained.
Negative: While the location and staff were great, there were several areas that could be improved. The room was just okay, and the bed wasn’t very comfortable. The bathroom wasn’t as clean as expected—it had peeling paint in the bathtub and was dusty in several spots. The amenities also need attention; the pool table was old, and some of the cues were missing tips. Valet parking took longer than expected to bring the car, which was inconvenient. On top of that, I was charged unexpected fees that weren’t mentioned at the time of booking, leading to extra costs I hadn’t anticipated. This lack of transparency was disappointing and impacted my overall experience.
