unit 2509 has a king in the master bedroom and also bedroom 2, two doubles in bedroom 3, and a living room sleeper sofa.
Sea Crest is a five-story elevator building with covered parking on the ground level. It has two oceanfront swimming pools (one heated in March and April), toddler pool, and seasonal poolside bar aka "Jim's Pool Bar".
Wander through an incredibly landscaped courtyard with fountains and flora or soak in the hot tubs after exercising at the on-site fitness center. Within a few steps of the Sea Crest, guests will find many dining options at Coligny Plaza & Beach Market. This quaint downtown area has a wide selection of shops and entertainment for all ages.
The new owners of #2509 have performed numerous renovations including: Fresh painting throughout, 2 New A/C Systems, all new Stainless - Steel Appliances, New Water Heater, new furnishings in the living room & dining areas, new Casper hybrid King size Mattresses in the 2 Master Bedrooms, 4 new large screen Smart TV's including a 65" LG Nano in the living room plus updated lighting throughout. This spacious 3 bedroom - 3 bath condo is the perfect beach retreat! The 5th-floor vantage point provides a great ocean view from 2 balconies, lovely furnishings & upgrades make Sea Crest 2509 a VIP experience.

Summary: This property was absolutely perfect for 6 adults! This location couldn’t be more convenient to the beach, restaurants, and shopping! We had plenty of room, the sunrise was amazing every morning sitting in on the patio. They have a Keurig coffee maker that is new to the unit. We will definitely rent this place again. The only negative was communication with a property manager, we had none…just happy we didn’t have any issues! You will love 2509!!!

It was our first time in Hilton Head and the condo was beautiful. It was in a great location for first timers and had everything we wanted. We will definitely return and explore the area even more next time. Only suggestion is to update the beds. Needs better mattresses.

Summary: Our stay was great the condo had all the amenities and comfort of home. the location was walking distant to shopping and restaurants. The view from the living room and balcony was perfect that is why we had to extend our stay thank you Buddy for getting back to us so promptly. Loved it!!

Summary: Great place in the perfect location. On the beach with short walk to shops, great restaurants, and live music everywhere. On-site bar and restaurant are fantastic and pools were very nice and clean. Our unit was perfect for 7 people. Even the teenagers liked it when they weren’t on their phones. Will definitely be back!!

Very spacious, nicely decorated and well equipped. We also loved the complex with gorgeous gardens/ponds, two pools, hot tub, gym and Pool Bar Jims. The lication at Coligny Circle was very convenient for shopping and restaurants. Seashore Vacations was very helpful.
