Positive: It was close to the airport for a morning flight.
Negative: Not as advertised. Booking.com’s description states that entire unit is on ground floor yet it was floor 11A. Booking.com also advertised a microwave and cooktop stove, however there was only a fridge and kettle. Booking.com also advertised a hot tub and when we asked the staff, we were told there was a jacuzzi but it’s cold so not hot. We asked the staff if they could pre-order a taxi to the airport for our morning flight and they were unwilling stating we’d have to do it in the morning.

Positive: Great view from our balcony to ocean in the distance. Room was fine. Staff in restaurants helpful and friendly. Good for a night if going to/from the airport. Nice pools but no one in them.
Negative: The property was so big and so empty. A huge sprawling place that lacked vibe. Almost a city just plonked down. Good for 1 night for us. Restaurant and breakfast buffet was fine. Add 300 more guests and it will come to life. For a beachfront property it was maybe 400 metres from our building to the beach. Nice pools but no one in them.

Positive: The property itself is very nice! Seaview and balcony were amazing! Extremely nice staff.
Negative: I wanted to stay longer in this property, but decided to do one night, because the only reason for me was swimming in the ocean!The only thing I didn’t like was exactly the beach-a lot of trash and sun beds with umbrellas were too far away from the water-of course, because as closer you to the water as more garbage you step on.
Summary: Great property and disgusting beach.

Positive: Amazing Hotel with the best View ! Thank you Nguyễn Minh for helping us creating the best honeymoon in Vietnam. Pool,beach, hotelroom, breakfast buffet, gym and very friendly staff. We loved it so much so we stayed here for 10 days. We will come back to this hotel with our family ❤️
Negative: As this is a new resort area, there aren't many restaurants/cafes yet. I'm sure they will get much busier in the future. Love to see the grow and come back again.

Negative: After finalising the trip on booking, you'll be contacted by the private owner. It was a bit confusing in terms of the agreement and too much unnecessary back and forth. I would prefer things to stay as agreed on booking.com

Positive: Very impressed! Near the airport, good to catch a flight✈. The room is big with nice view. We'll definietly come back here.
Negative: Room number's quite confused at the first time but it's ok. We easily get used to it then.
