Positive: The location, liked that the house was on a cul-de-sac. It was very clean and plenty of towels. I liked that we didn't have to keep track of keys because the door unlocks with a code.
Negative: There is not enough seating in the living room for 6 people. The queen bed was not comfortable and was very squeaky. Kitchen could use a pair of scissors. The garage door opener wasn't working and the door is VERY HEAVY to open and close. The downstairs toilet runs. And of course, it was disappointing that the boardwalk to the beach had not been repaired from the hurricane months ago. There needs to be a bigger trash bin outside or more than one.

Positive: 200ft from the beach, grocery store, gas station very close, very private and guiet.
Negative: I was bombarded with emails saying similar but different things. It would be more beneficial if there was a more coherent check in / what to do or not do, and conformation check out email.

Positive: Great location. Absolutely beautiful view. Great parking. Quiet neighborhood.
Negative: We were left very little toilet paper. Something biting us when on the couch. Thermostat no lower then 76 made for a bit of a hot stay. Beds very uncomfortable.
Summary: Expected a little better for the expense.
