Negative: that when we got there we was expecting the hole house but soon learned it was a duplex. also are door code worked at first but then it didn’t and we had to get a new one two different times.

Positive: Great location from the beach. The pool was large enough for all of us. Clean and quiet area. Very close to the grocery store and shopping. Easy access in and out of parking area.
Negative: Some of the electrical outlets didn't work. Also the light switch in the kitchen didn't work right. Toilet paper holder in the second bathroom was broken. The stairs to go up to our unit were not very safe. They need to be fixed.
