It is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, perfect for bike riding and evening walks under the stars. Paradise Retreat is your peaceful getaway only minutes to everything Vilano Beach and historic Saint Augustine has to offer.
Beautifully renovated in 2015, no expense was spared making this true to its name, Paradise Retreat. Everything in this 2 bedroom, 2 full bathroom townhouse has been replaced and updated. All brand new appliances, bedding and furniture throughout as well.
Outside you will find a very private, fully fenced backyard for your enjoyment. It includes a large deck, table with four chairs, stainless steel grill, relaxing swing for two, and extensive, tropical landscaping. Beautiful live oak trees canopy the backyard with lot of shade and just the right amount of sun. In the background you can hear the sound of the waves crashing at the beach perfect for relaxing times outdoor. The large screened lanai has a round table with lots of room for breakfast or games.
Inside, you will find a equally beautiful oasis. Upstairs it is a large private Master Bedroom Suite with vaulted ceilings, luxurious queen size bed and bedding, abundant natural light, and spa like Master Bathroom. This suite also includes a 42" LCD HD flat-screen TV, ceiling fan, skylight, large master closet, tiled walk-in master shower, and granite countertops along with high-end, Kohler fixtures and soft linens. You will be so relaxed after your amazing-night's sleep listening to the ocean sounds all ready for your day at the beach, golfing a the numerous nearby golf courses or exploring Saint Augustine's history.
Downstairs is another large bedroom with twin beds, large closet, vaulted ceilings, ceiling fan, and lots of natural light. The downstairs bathroom includes a large tile shower, all new upgraded fixtures and granite countertops, line closet and easy access.
The all-new kitchen has everything you will ever need for your vacation-cooking needs. From the all new cabinets, new stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, tile floors, and fully-stocked with utensils, pots and pans, plates, glasses, coffee maker, so much more, you won't want to leave! Also located in the kitchen area is a very quiet washer and dryer.
Off the kitchen you will find a large dining area with seating for 6 or more. The great room also offers seating for the whole family with a relaxing view of the backyard. The couch also converts to a queen-size bed with extra sleeping for 2 or more. Kick up your feet and enjoy watching the TV with hundreds of channels, plus DD player and Netflix to watch movies. Also included is WIFI with access to high speed internet connection. Wood floors, ceiling fan, and lots of extra seating round out the experience.
