Summary: We three wonderful days and nights in this awesome place. Beautifully decorated, more than comfortable, homey. Well stocked kitchen, everything we needed. Well located, near great restaurants, just to name a few: Beaches(right down the street) , Caps on the Water(6 ,minutes awyw), The Reef (minutes away) and St Augustine is just over the bridge! Scott is awesome, quick to answer our questions. We will definitely be going back. You can't lose staying here. WIN, WIN.

Summary: Communication with owner was great! The cottage was very tastefully decorated, super clean, and the kitchen was stocked with everything you could need. I definitely would stay there again.

Summary: Beautiful cottage that feels spacious and very comfortable. Great location with easy drive to downtown area. Quick walk over the grassy sand dune to Vilano beach. Scott was great and we thoroughly enjoyed our three days there.

Summary: The cottage inside is much more beautiful than the pictures. It was perfect in every way. It is right at the beach (which is beautiful)! Owner responded right away to our messages just before the trip. We would definitely stay again!

Summary: My family spent 4 days in this cottage, we loved it, very cozy, clean and spacious, we thought it was smaller, very good location since it is just a few steps from the beach and a few minutes from the center of the old city, the owner was always attentive. I definitely recommend this place if you are thinking of traveling to Saint Augustine.

Summary: Lovely property- exactly as described and pictured. I wish there was a little more parking, but it wasn’t an issue. Easy access to the beach and many other activities made this a great home base for St Augustine. Wonderful and informative host as well! We will definitely use this place again in the future.
