Greenport is a charming seaside town with historic architecture with fantastic restaurants and plenty to see and do! Travel and Leisure voted it “second best small beer, wine and spirits town in America. This cozy house is in walking distance to local beaches and the heart of town. There many fabulous restaurants and shops. Vineyards and breweries are a short car ride away.
The house has a secluded back yard and patio area with outdoor shower and fire pit that is perfect for star gazing, roasting marshmallows, and enjoying family and friends ! The detached barn has additional dining space and extra refrigerator, as well as storage for bicycles. There are beach chairs, coolers and a BBQ that guests are welcome to.
If you enjoy boating and fishing, there are many charters and transient marinas, several are in walking distance. The LIRR station is a short walk away, and you don’t need a car to enjoy all Greenport as to offer.
The driveway has off street parking for four cars and there is additional parking on the street. The kitchen is newly renovated with charming vintage appliances and central island with seating. Central air and washer/dryer.

Summary: We had the most lovely stay at this wonderful Greenport vacation home. Everything from the oversized kitchen to the lush patio was perfect for our family vacation. The home was comfortable, beautifully decorated and very clean. It was also only a short walk to the beach and town. We hope to come again!

Summary: Pipe's Cove is such a special place. The house itself has so many pretty touches and comforts. We always feel right at home when we stay there -- and have come to think of it as our happy place. The house is very well equipped including lots of towels for bathing and for the beach, beach chairs, coolers, bicycles, and an outdoor shower. The backyard is beautiful and a lovely place to linger in the evening. The location is perfect -- walkable to town and two local beaches, yet very private and quiet. Jenny and Jim are always very responsive to any questions or needs we have during our stay. We can't wait to go back to Pipe's Cove!

Summary: We had a great time at Pipes Cove! The house was adorable. The mermaids everywhere were perfect for my seven year old :). Kitchen had everything we needed and was super cute. The outdoor shower, the backyard set up, all was perfect for a beach house. We hope to go back!

Summary: This property was everything as advertised and MORE! Truly the perfect balance of secluded property while being right next to town. J&J were fantastic owners and were very thoughtful and accommodating throughout our stay. The property was welcoming and perfect for relaxing. My husband and I truly felt at home and we look forward to hopefully a future visit to this great spot!

Summary: This was just what we were looking for as a family getaway at the end of a summer season. The house is walking distance to town and has everything you need for a staycation. Jenny was a very gracious host and was very responsive. The house is updated with enough space and rooms for a big family or a few friends to spend time together for a low key holiday. The property was well cleaned and prepared nicely for our stay, especially in COVID times. I highly recommend staying at Jenny and James’ house if you’re looking to explore the best of Greenport/North Fork.

Summary: The Kennedy's beach house is exactly as pictured. It is whimsical, functional, and spotless. Everything you could possibly need is on hand. The location is perfect for enjoying Greenport and the beautiful North Fork. Jennifer is an unfailingly helpful and kind hostess. We were outside or in the barn all day every day which made for a perfect atmosphere even when we were working. Town, shops, beach, Ferry--all are easily reached by bike. Really, it's perfect! Thank you to the Kennedy's for sharing their little slice of heaven.

Summary: The house is really comfortable and clean, with a well-stocked kitchen. Great to have bikes and beach chairs available for us to use, and a grill. Loved the outdoor shower! The owners were super-friendly and helpful, and the location is great: we biked to the 6th street beach every day, and town is an easy walk or bike-ride away. For a family or group of friends, it's a very relaxing and quiet escape.
