Positive: The staff made all the difference in the world. There were several details in the room but the staff helped solved as much as possible quickly and made an extra effort to make us feel comfortable. The concierge team is AMAZING (Erika y Moises) and for the additional services I hired the service was impeccable. I will consider another Secrets only because of the service.
Negative: The room was big but it looked old and certainly not maintained. There was no door to the toilet area! you could see the holes to mount it but it didn't have it! There was no iron, no soap, no robes or slippers. Looked like the details that make a difference were totally forgotten. So the initial feel was not good.
Summary: Good stay but certainly could improve facilities.

Positive: Market side had a lot to offer for breakfast.
Negative: There were not enough options for meals, With some restaurants being for preferred guests only. You donโ€™t have enough restaurants to make some off-limits. I would never spend seven days there again. Maybe Four.
Summary: It was fine. I just would not spend as long if I were to return.
