Incredible 3 BD/ 3BA condo directly on San Francisco Beach--the most beautiful beach on Cozumel. You can't stay any closer to the beach than this anywhere on the island. Huge wrap around veranda, just perfect for that evening margarita while you watch our spectacular sunsets. Walk off the veranda and sink your toes into the white sand beach that extends for miles. Swim or snorkel in the magnificent Caribbean blue water, full of exotic marine life. If you are a diver, we have a private pier for your convenient pickup and drop off. If fresh water is more to your liking, we have 2 beautiful, heated pools just steps away.
Great restaurants are a short walk down the beach or a short drive into San Miguel. 5 star restaurants or delicious, quaint local cuisine. We provide a great, in depth restaurant guide. Or you will love cooking in our fully equipped, gourmet kitchen. In condo cook service also available for additional fee.
2 bedrooms, both with king size beds, face the Caribbean & have their own private verandas. 3rd bedroom is small, has a queen bed & garden view. All bedrooms have private bathrooms. Queen size Aero-Bed air mattress for your comfort in the living room. Linens provided, super soft 600 count Egyptian cotton sheets, all towels including beach towels. Maid service 6 days a week.
There is a 50" LCD TV in living room which features DISH satellite TV. Two bedrooms also have TVs. High Speed fiber optic WIFI internet connection, just bring you own laptop. Free telephone calls to USA and CANADA.

Summary: Our family had a wonderful week at the condo. It was our second time coming to this wonderful place by the sea!! We were able to tour the entire island and we loved the wonderful Maya people!! Thank you also for the amazing dinner that Veronica made for us!!

Summary: This is by far the best unit in the Residenza Reef complex! Ground level, steps from beach and pool. The unit is full of amenities, and tastefully appointed. There were only two of them us, but you could see how it would easily accommodate a family. We had a meal prepared by Veronica, who also took care of our daily needs. You won’t be disappointed.

Summary: We absolutely loved the Condo! So beautiful and clean. Felt like home and we were very comfortable. Very well stocked which was great. Everyone was so attentive if we needed anything, we brought our family & our 6 mo old Granddaughter and all her needs were met. Ellen was super awesome, she is the best and knows all the ins and outs!!! We will come back here again no doubt. Love Cozumel!

Summary: This was our 2nd stay at Villa Vista Delmar and won't be our last!!!!... We were with friends and family ..plenty of room for all our age groups. with a fully stocked kitchen, there were a few minor issues however they were addressed and dealt with quickly By Mario Yet again a wonderful stay until next time..Many thanks

Summary: My wife, kids and I stayed and loved our trip. The place was amazing. The views from the condo are everything you could ask for. My wife and I were there to celebrate our 15th wedding anniversary. We did so on the beach in front of the condo with the excellent sunset as our background. Our kids loved the proximity to the water and snorkeled daily. The place is well kept and the service is great. Highly recommend! My wife and I just kept saying we want a place just like this when we retire! 100% would stay here again!

Summary: We were in Cozumel to attend a friends wedding. The condo is the perfect setup for us! Every room has it's own bathroom and most have stunning views of the Carribean. The pier made it easy for pick up to excursions and daily housekeeping kept the condo feeling as fresh as the first day. Loved our stay, we will be back!!
