Introducing our oversized lakefront duplex, boasting 6 Bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and 2 half bathrooms, nestled in a serene cove with breathtaking main channel views at Lake of the Ozarks. Perfect for family or group vacations, our spacious property offers ample outdoor amenities including expansive decks, a fire pit, and a delightful swimming area, ensuring endless fun in the sun. ** Every Monday the church next door will have fireworks at 10:30PM for their camp. It is not an open event, you are welcome to enjoy. We do apologize for any troubles. **
Indoors, guests will find privacy in shared spaces and magnificent views of the main channel. Each side of the duplex features its own fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms (1king, 1queen, 1twin over full bunk), a full bathroom, laundry room, fireplace, living room, and sleeping accommodations for up to 10 guests, providing comfort and convenience for large groups.
Included with your stay are essential amenities such as sheets, towels, toiletries, and laundry supplies. The prime location ensures easy access to restaurants and bars, making dining out a breeze.

Although we do not like fees in order to maintain our units we must make you aware of the following:
We are ONLY dog-friendly. To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for all guests a non-refundable fee of $150 per reservation will be charged to cover additional cleaning costs. Pet fees are NOT included in the original reservation price or room rate provided. Any applicable pet fees will be added to your reservation MANUALLY and charged AFTER booking.
If you do not honor our pet policy (dog-only disclosure) you will be fined $300.
Strict NO SMOKING policy. If you smoke inside you will be fined $250.
We are not responsible for items left behind by guests. If you leave an item behind and you want it to be sent back to you. We charge $25 for that item to be shipped plus the shipping costs.
Any stay greater than 21 days will require an additional long-term cleaning fee of $50 that will be MANUALLY charged after reservation confirmation.
An unapproved late check-out fine is $50.

Summary: Our family enjoyed all the space this home has to offer. We spent much of our time in large screened in patio or floating and fishing off the dock. Our children loved having plenty of their own space! Overall it was a great location, away from the hustle and bustle. The home is pet friendly, which was great, however there are no green spaces on the property, so walking for each "potty" break is a must. Also, the home could use a little TLC (reattach hand rails/ repair broken deck railing/ replace carpet), but nothing that deterred us from enjoying our stay.

Summary: The house was nice and clean. All the updates were nice. The carpet was stained and needs replaced. The kitchen counters need replaced but overall very nice. The cove was nice but it collected a lot of lake trash. Couldnt swim in it sat. Too full of trash. Very disappointed in that. But the house and location was nice. Dont think i would stay there again. Not because of the house but the trash that collected in the cove.

Summary: Location, bedroom and kitchen set up was great for 12 adults and one baby! Enjoyed floating and fishing by the dock and rented a pontoon to enjoy the lake. It would have been nice to have more towels especially beach towels. The overhead fan/light didn’t work in the porch on the one side. The porch roof leaks and the water pressure was not the best on the one side, and the hot water kept fluctuating.

Summary: We had a family aThanksgiving hear. Was perfect! To living areas to help separate us but all together for family! Huge screened in deck perfect for poker lol! Right on the lake with a dock for your boat. Loved it definitely would do it again.
