This tropically decorated 4 bedroom 2 bath pool home is the perfect home for your next vacation! This single-family home is located in Bradenton and situated in a community called "Sabal Harbor". The location is perfect for travelers who are looking to not only travel to the wonderful white sandy beaches of the Gulf Coast but also a close drive to Lakewood Ranch, Sarasota, and I-75. The property is conveniently located close to Publix, Starbucks, WAWA, and several restaurants in the area!
Shangri La Retreat is very spacious with plenty of room for entertaining and has a relaxing tropical vibe throughout the whole house. The living room offers a large sectional sofa along with a Smart TV mounted on the wall, perfect for watching your favorite TV shows or sporting events. The den at the front of the house offers even more sitting space if you are just looking to kick back and relax. The kitchen comes with all the appliances you would need to make any meal you miss from home and is fully equipped for your stay.
The pool deck is completely screened in and has plenty of seating to hang out on a beautiful Florida day. The pool deck offers an additional location to watch your favorite shows or sports team while hanging out in the pool. Just outside the screens, you can also see a beautiful view of the pond. If you are interested in heating the pool that can be added for an additional charge!
For your enjoyment when renting the property you receive access to the community tennis courts, basketball court, playground, and heated community pool.
Trying to figure out sleeping arrangements? The master is located on the right side of the property and it comes with a king sized bed, a mounted smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom. 2 of the other bedrooms come with queen-size beds and the last bedroom comes with a twin-sized bed and twin size trundle bed. All bedrooms come with a TV. Additional sleeping arrangements are offered with a sleeper sofa in the family room.

Summary: This place is great. We used it as a central location for a golf trip which worked out great. It's about 30 minutes to Siesta Key Beach which is beautiful. Highly recommend the Cottage Restaurant there. The location is very convenient (easy access to majors roads and Publix right near by for food). I highly recommend going to First Watch for great breakfast. The house had everything we needed, management company was great and checked in on us. The bed in the 4th bedroom is a twin and not ideal for an adult (and we had 4 guys). The pool was nice we didn't need to heat it but depends on your preference. Wifi worked great. Place was very clean and check in went smoothly. They accommodated an early check-in for us. The A/C seems a little quirky, there is a note above the thermostat which says not to lower it below 72 or it would freeze up the unit. Seems strange and we would have preferred it to be a little cooler but for our trip it was no big deal. Overall a great place. If we were just going to be the beach, I would probably stay somewhere a little closer to Siesta Key but for golf and access to other activities, this is a great place.

Summary: It was a fantastic experience except for the front door lock- we used the garage door instead. The pool, rooms, tub, kitchen- everything was just as described. It was spacious and comfortable for our family so we had no bickering at all! We also paid a fee to bring pets. Overall it was lovely and the manager was a great communicator.

Summary: We were 6 adults who were competing at Nathan Benderson Park for 4 days at the 2023 US National Dragon Boat Championships. The house was exactly what we needed: pool home, spacious, comfortable, quiet neighborhood, washer/dryer, close to grocery stores, close to beaches and within 15 min of the race site. Very clean, cute decor. We enjoyed it very much. (Our teammates were jealous bc we had a comfy, quiet pool home and they were in a hotel room!) Would stay there again for sure! Thank you!

Summary: We had a great time and everything was great. The house was in a great location and was extremely comfortable. The only problem we had was one of the tv remotes was missing in one of the bedrooms we were using. We let them know. Luckily we had a room we didn’t use and the tv in there was the same so we used the remote from that room.
