Positive: Great location and friendly staff
Negative: It needs a little TLC as there was evidence of damp in the corridor, also we stayed out of season so it wasn’t doing evening meals. But the staff were very helpful in telling us the best places nearby to eat so it didn’t matter !

Positive: Great location.Reception staff and cook so attentive and breakfast was good.On day of leaving he gave us a breakfast to go. Parking on site excellent.
Negative: Needs renovation to justify the money. Dripping leak in reception area very off putting.

Positive: We very much enjoyed our 2 night stay and although the hotel is a bit ‘tired’ (they are closing in October for a few months renovations) it still offers a lovely vacation with staff who go out there way to look after you - the location and views over to Skye are wonderful.
Negative: Needs updating which they are going to be doing through the winter months.

Positive: The eventual room we were provided was comfortable and bathroom facilities OK. Parking available on site and access to some tours etc right at the door step of the hotel.
Negative: On arrival our original room offered we could not access as they couldn't find the key..the second room we were given was short on towels, no toilet paper and toilet was blocked so was shown a third room which was acceptable as per above. We didn't eat in the restaurant other than our included breakfasts. These were very basic and not topped up so minimal available and as such not very appetising. Our stay was over a weekend and as such minimal staff onsite to assist if issues especially around breakfast time. It looks like it is being renovated but still a long way to go. We were informed by a local that it had in the past few months been taken over under new management so maybe just some teething issues..minimal views from the restaurant of the bridge due to the angle but can be seen from the grassed area outside near the loch which is great when having a sit in the sun and a drink.
