The unit was large and comfortable. It was decorated nicely, had a washer/dryer on site, and a large fully functional kitchen along with two bathrooms. Steps from the pool and Lake Michigan, Patio 30 is a great unit to rent and Sleepy Hollow is a wonderful place to make everlasting memories. Do yourself and your family a favor and come to Sleepy Hollow and Patio 30.

Unit 30 was in perfect condition and had everything we needed. The deck was very nice for breakfast. The master bathroom bed was comfortable but the teen and my mom complained that the twin beds were hard. the beach was bigger than expected. The stairs down to the beach are a doozy because there are a lot and they are steep. Pool was not open while we were there. There are designated parking spots and guest spots in between which was nice if you have more than 1 car. Owners of unit 30 left very clear instructions about what to do and I really appreciated that. Very nice unit for a comfortable family get away and I would 100% rent again.

The pool is great for kids when the lake is too rough. The playground is a wonderful addition too. Loved the unit. Great high ceilings make it feel larger. Loved that there is an onsite laundry unit.
