Summary: Location was perfect and host was responsive. Nice little fenced in area for our dog. Quiet neghborhood with restaurants nearby. Molly's is within walking distance and they have a free, reliable shuttle to Busch Stadium, which we used twice. Bathrooms could have been cleaner. Kitchen appliances were pretty worn, so glad we didn't plan to do much cooking.

Summary: Comfortable and clean townhouse, walkable to restaurants, bars, live music and Soulard market. Very comfortable for the six of us who ended up staying but would perhaps have been tight accommodations for the eight or nine we originally planned for, especially since we are mostly single adults, not couples or families, so sharing beds would have been somewhat awkward.

Summary: We had a great time in the Soulard district of St. Louis. We visited, the Arch, Budweiser, Missouri Botanical Garden and St. Charles. Many highlights but the Botanical Garden is the best one we have ever visited. The residence we stayed at met our expectations and would stay there again. The host was very prompt and accommodating. The one downside was the kitchen was very tiny but we made it work.

Summary: The location of the property is ideal—close to restaurants and a park for the kids. Kim was easy to communicate with and quick to respond. She was also helpful when we had questions. The unit is a little tight and has a lot of stairs for families with small children. The top floor can get a little warm since there is 1 AC unit for the entire house that is 3 floors. Overall we enjoyed the unit and the location.
