4 Bedroom House in Allston, Boston

Welcome to your home away from home! This spacious and comfortable retreat features 4 large bedrooms and 2.5 modern, sparkling-clean bathrooms, ideal for families, groups, or remote workers.
Enjoy a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, gas stove, cozy living room, basement with washer/dryer, and backyard patio. Includes WiFi, TV, AC/heat, and two private parking spots.
Walk to Harvard Business School, Trader Joe’s, and Allston restaurants. Pet-friendly and fully yours to enjoy!
The space
Everything in our home is newly renovated. There is a large living room, open dining room, and full kitchen which comes complete with stainless steel appliances + gas stove. There is also quiet backyard deck/patio.
SECOND FLOOR (3 bedrooms + 1 full bathroom):
The first bedroom (red) has a queen bed, chair, cubby, and bright windows. Your closet is super spacious, and we provide an iron and board.
The second bedroom (yellow) has a double bed (full-size mattress), desk and chair.
The third bedroom has a double bed, a twin bed, desk and chair and floor to ceiling windows.
You will have access to a full bathroom on the second floor. It has a shower/tub and hair dryer. There is also a nice half-bath on the first floor you can use.
THIRD FLOOR (Master Bedroom + 1 full bathroom + Private Outdoor Deck)
The final and largest bedroom is the master bedroom on the third floor with a queen bed. It is very spacious and has large sliding floor-to-ceiling windows. There is a large walk-in closet and walk out deck.
The third floor has it's own ensuite master bathroom with a double vanity and designer waterfall porcelain shower.
Each room has a ceiling fan and individualized air conditioning / heating units.
Guest access
As a guest you will have access to the entire home: one master bedroom + ensuite bathroom on the third floor, three bedrooms and a full bath on the second floor and the entirely of the first floor, including all the common areas from the dining room, living room, bathroom, kitchen, patio, and deck.
This energy efficient home has modern heat pump units and air conditioning in every room that will give you your own personalized temperature quickly.

Summary: Michelle‘s place is even better than the description. It is conveniently located, with sufficient parking, and more than enough space. We were 6 people, but the house could easily accommodate 8. Michelle was also very responsive and helpful. Overall, it was a great experience

Summary: We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful townhome just 15 minutes from all of Boston’s greatest hits. There was plenty of space to stretch out and enjoy and the giant parking driveway was so convenient! (Parking in Boston and it’s surroundings is nuts otherwise). Also great proximity to all of Boston’s institutions of higher learning. We would definitely stay again!

Summary: This house was the perfect location and size for our multi-generational trip to Boston. The house has a ton of space to spread out (3 floors) so no one got in the way of each other. It is in a cute neighborhood with a short walk to grab coffee/tea and to a Trader Joe's for groceries. We loved the overall feel of the house as it was very welcoming and clean. Thank you!

Summary: The house was perfect for my family and me. We stayed for a week to attend our daughter’s graduation celebrations from college. We was so happy to be able to bring our dog. The house is spacious and comfortable and the location in Allston is convenient. We really liked the entire vibe of the house and neighborhood. Michelle is a very responsive and helpful host.
