Summary: Great communication from Lisa from booking - stay! Answering all my questions & giving us valuable info when she visited the villa too. The villa was the perfect set up for 2 families with 2 bedrooms downstairs & 2 up all with bathrooms etc it felt huge! The Villa itself is a great size, has everything you need to make meals etc . We have stayed in a few villas & Casa Algre has been our favourite so far!The villa was spotlessly clean & Sylvia the cleaner came round on a few occasions to clean up outside & in , this was great! The pool is a great size, our 4 kids all had a great time. It is very deep pretty much from the stairs but that was ok as the kids are strong swimmers. Plenty sunbeds & pool towels provided. Washing machine & rotary dryer are perfect and an added bonus of not having to bring dirty clothes home if you dont want to. Local restaurants within walking distance, we ate out at O Forno and was lovely food & wine at a fab price for 8 of us. The local shop has limited produce so we preferred to drive 10 mins to Tavira where there is an Aldi & Lidl . Lidl we felt had more options for us brits. We got an uber from the villa to Tavira for under €8. Was a lovely way to spend an evening. We would love to come back & definitely recommend the villa to anyone .

Summary: The house was perfect for our needs. Quiet neighborhood but close to everything we wanted. Wonderful small restaurants and market within walking distance. The house manager made sure all of our needs were taken care of. We never wanted to leave!

Summary: Excellent Villa, plenty of space and most of the comforts of home. We are two couples who have visited the Algarve over a dozen times and stayed in many properties, because the owners use the property there is plenty of everything you need which is a plus and we therefore plan to re-visit the Property. Our only criticisms which you will see are minor or couldn't be helped, brushes needed for the barbecue (wire for the grill and one for cleaning ashes away), a couple more mugs (the English like their tea), quieter Dogs in the neighbourhood (can't be helped) and you need to have a spray for insect bites. Lisa provided all the info and recommendations you could possibly need, and was always quick to respond to any queries which were very few. Thank you Lisa and the Owners for a fantastic holiday

Summary: A real home from home with everything you could need. From the moment we arrived and we’re greeted by Lisa until we left everyone was more than happy. A perfect layout of a home, everyone can have their own space and find space for a quiet moment if desired. Plenty of shade around the house which is great when the group includes children/babies. Although pool not heated it is perfect to cool off in and their are plenty of sun beds, pool towels etc. Great location to explore from with plenty to do. Lisa was great, kept in touch although we had no queries as the check in was so informative. Would definitely recommend this villa and will hopefully return.

Summary: Villa was amazing, clearly someones well loved & well kept family holiday home. we stayed in july & it was super hot but had aircon in all rooms. kitchen had everything you needed & more, dishwasher, nespresso pod machine, microwave, plastic kids plates & beautiful matching crockery. lovely outdoor brick bbq area & variety of seating areas. washing machine & washing line was great for kids, as well as second fridge freezer & pool inflatables & bucket / spades. pool was fabulous with a shallow fenced off section which was good for my toddlers aswell as a nice deep area for adult swimming. only slight down side to the pool was there was no kids gate but we put loungers on their side to create wall for kids so it was safe. the terrace at the top was cooler for the evenings or a morning coffee with a view. easy to get an uber into tavira for shops / big supermarket/ history. local town didnt have much but the small supermarket had the essentials & only 5 mins walk to a lovely resteraunt. would 100% recommend & stay here again - really beautiful! you couldnt want anything more from a holiday villa! thank-you! x

Summary: Perfect location to visit Tavira and explore the Algarve with everything you could need. Wonderful villa felt like a home from home with lots of loungers to enjoy the sunshine and dip in the pool to cool down and swim. We really enjoyed alfresco dining in the covered seating area as well as at the local village a short walk away and the multiple options in Tavira. Lisa and the team made sure we had everything and were available if we needed anything - so a big thank you to Lisa, Mohamed & Sheila. Highly recommended.

Summary: Our flights were cancelled last year during covid but Lisa the agent was so accommodating and rebooked us for this year at no extra cost, she kept in touch with us in the run up to the holiday and we could t have been happier. The house was amazing and plenty big enough for a large family. We enjoyed using the upper terrace when the sun was setting. A quality property in a great location only 10 mins from Tavira and 15 minutes from Olhao

Summary: The property is in a quiet location but handy for Tavira, Barril Beach, Fuseta etc. There is a good restaurant a few minutes walk away. There are plenty of options for sitting outdoors. We particularly liked the roof terrace at night time. The outside dining area shaded under the loggia is very comfortable. The pool is deep throughout; even the shallow section at the top of the pool was too deep for a toddler to stand in. Because of its depth and lack of a pool cover it was cold even during the heat of August. Inside the house is spacious with good air conditioning in all rooms. The kitchen is large with plenty of equipment. The house is the owners home for a large part of the year and this is apparent from its decoration. All the bedrooms are a good size but the bed in one of the rooms was very soft. The stairs to the upper floor are fine for most people but are not suitable for people with mobility issues as they are narrow and winding with no handrail. Despite a few reservations, we were pleased with the house and had a very enjoyable stay.

Summary: Wonderful well equipped villa in a perfect location close to Santa Lucia, Cabanas, Tavira, Fuseta and Olhao. The pool is a good size and extremely well looked after. There are plenty of different outdoor areas to sunbathe, read, eat and chill. Highly recommended and we will return for sure!
