Summary: We had a great stay in September. Near the beach, the old town and a great bakery just around the corner. Lots of space in the appartment with a beautiful sea view. Recommended!

Summary: Sitting on the balcony in the morning and watching the moon shine on the sea were among the most beautiful things experienced on a vacation. The palms, the trees and the manicured lawn create a relaxing atmosphere. The swimming pool completes the idyllic setting.

Summary: Lovely spacious apartment with a fabulous view from the living-room and both bedrooms – everything was just like the photos! Nice quiet location – no scooters ,dustbin lorries or night clubs! – which is hardly 5 minutes on foot from the beach . The apartment is closer to the centre of Cannes than we imagined: an easy 15 minute walk along the seafront takes you from the apartment to the Vieux Port and the first restaurants, 20 minutes to the Suquet area , the Rue Meynadier, Marche Forville or the Palais des Festivals. We had a car and there are parking spaces right in front of the entrance to the apartments, which was very practical. For a big grocery shop, Intermarche supermarket is a 5 minute drive down the road. The apartment is well equipped, the wifi works very well and we were glad to have 2 bathrooms (and even a third loo! ) , especially when there were 3 or 4 of us staying. The park is well-kept and there is a helpful caretaker on site. Both Catherine and her rental agent, Marc, were very good as regards communication – Marc was there to check us in and out at exactly the time we requested. We stayed for 3 weeks and were sorry to leave! Would definitely stay there again. Claire G, UK

Summary: Great, spacious property in a quiet leafy suburb of Cannes. The apartment has the access of a lovely pool, which we used everyday. The beach was five minutes away and everything including restaurants was no more than 20 minutes walk away. Good food, beautiful views, lovely weather and elegant surroundings a great, relaxing holiday. Thank you Catherine we may return in the near future. Jane, Grant, James and Oliver Marks-Chell

Summary: The apartment is fantastic, great views and great location. Everything you could ask for is in the apartment , which for 4 adults having 2 bathrooms, 2 bedroom is great . Very spacious and pictures are exactly what you get. Catherine was great with communication by phone and email and her local agent who met us even after 2300 due to late arrival of flight was there as advised This apartment is great and we will definitely look to come back again as the views in an evening and morning are great Gardens and pool area kept well and apartment complex is very quiet.pool does close between 1 and 3 and does not have any garden furniture, but loads of grass area to relax and sunbathe on. Shops Bakery 5 minutes walk down near beach front Life guard beach 5 mins walk La crosiette 15/20 minutes walk where loads of restaurants Supermarket (Lider price) approx 10 minute walk in which sells most things Pharmacy 5 minutes walk You don't need a car for this apartment as everything , train, beach, shops are within easy walking distance All in all this aparment is great and the views are out of this world Family Caldeira Colchester , United Kingdom
