A wonderful vacation spot with the best Apollo Beach has to offer! The house is filled with amenities, including smart TV, laundry, every kitchen appliance you need to cook, and a deck with a wonderful view. There are 6 bedrooms 3 of which have king-size beds and one with queen-size bed, and 2 with bunkbed sleeping arrangements. We also have three futons and six fully reclining chairs to allow you and your group to sleep comfortably. There are 3 bathrooms.
Please note: our guest fee for every extra guest in a party larger than 12 guests is $10 per guest per night. This is to cover energy, utilities, and extra cleaning costs charged to us by our cleaners, who charge us more for every extra guest! This ensures we can keep the place sparkling clean for each new guest.
As per Hillsborough County ordinance, there is a minimum of seven days that must be booked per stay.

Summary: The property is fantastic. There were 17 of us ages 64 to 3 years. Plenty of room for everyone. The kids walked the neighborhood and wanted us to buy a house there. There was an issue with the upstairs tv. Contacted the owner and they would fix the problem. The only negative was it was not cleaned properly. Owner said he will contact the cleaning crew. Would definitely book again!

Summary: Overall....nice property....only had 3 garages for six days stay.....the grill was not clean.....too dirty to use

Summary: This is the second year we stayed at this house. We use it as a base to attend multiple spring training baseball games. House is large and accommodates our group of 6 to 8 men perfectly. Hope to return next spring
