Summary: My sisters and I rent a large house in the Vermilion/Sandusky area each year with our parents. This area is in between our four total families’ residences. In all these years, this has been by far the very best experience we have had. Amherst is PERFECT with so much to offer for children of all ages, though truthfully we rarely left the house. It offered absolutely everything we needed for a fully inclusive stay-in experience! Home theater, ping pong table, darts, and games for rainy indoor days and the most incredible outdoor pool/deck/bar area you could ever imagine! Our children of all ages swam sun up to sun down. We gathered on the deck all evening with the fire pit and night swims. The house was immaculate, top to bottom, and the property managers responded immediately if I had any questions. We went to the very local store, grabbed stuff for meals, and never left! It was like a family friendly all inclusive resort. We have already requested to book it for next year. Best experience ever. .

Summary: We use this location as our annual sisterhood retreat. This home accommodation 14 ladies with room to spare. The home was very clean and well appointed. It was cozy and inviting. The listing accurately depicts it in the pictures. The pool and patio were a popular place to gather. The gas grill was clean and the propane tank was full. The management company was very responsive and detailed. I would stay again. We left reconnected, relaxed and renewed. Thank you

Summary: This home was absolutely beautiful and had everything needed to make our stay enjoyable. We had 5 families from our travel softball team stay here and there was plenty of room. The kitchen had everything needed to prepare our meals at the home before and after games. The front yard was large enough for a wiffle ball game that everyone participated and the back yard was ideal for grilling and relaxing by the fire pit. Plenty of room inside to space out, lots of seating room, plenty of beds for everyone to sleep, and the ping pong table and theatre down stairs was ideal for kids of all ages to enjoy and occupy while the parents enjoyed down time. Highly recommend to anyone traveling in a large group.

Summary: The house was so roomy and clean. Everything you needed was there from beach towels to paper towels which we didn't expect. The outdoor pool and tiki bar along with an awesome swing set were where everyone loved to hang out. Less than 2 miles is a couple blocks with quaint little places to shop and about 10 unique restaurants. About 4 miles away was type of store you could possibly need. Our interaction with the owner was very friendly and helpful. He actually came to the rescue and jumped my car on the last day because of a dead battery. We forgot sandals and a phone which he mailed back to us. You couldn't ask for a better host. I would definitely stay there again. It was one of the best places we ever rented for a getaway!!

Summary: This house smelled very badly of smoke. They tried to cover it up with wall plug in deoderizers. We had all of the windows open in December as the smell was so bad. Previous issues in reviews had not been resolved. I specifically asked the question about previous issue in reviews being resolved prior to booking. I was told yes, they had been taken care of. The truth was No, they were still issues. I specifically asked if they had a kitchen table as one is not in the pictures. They said yes. However, they did not.

Summary: We rented this house for a family gathering - I specifically asked Evolve if there was a kitchen table, they said yes, but there is not. I specifically asked Evolve if the issues in the reviews had been addressed, they replied yes, but they have not been. The house smelled bad, it was not clean, and there are many issues. We ended up having flights cancel due to the winter storm (completely out of our control) - We were supposed to arrive on the 25th and did not get in until the 27th. Evolve did not offer any sort of credit for any of the issues.
