Summary: Shirly was so sweet during our stay. She was easy to communicate with when questions arose. The house was clean. The neighborhood is quiet (friendly neighborhood)and we were able to take some nice walks on the roads, no sidewalks. The beds were comfortable and seemed new. There were also plenty of pillows and linens. There were a few things to note that I wish I would have known, not a deal breaker just FYI; only cleaning supplies were laundry soap, dishwasher pods, dish soap (no spray or wipes for counters), no spices, no trash bags or Ziplocs. I know this is common in rentals, just would have been nice to know to prepare differently. Again, I highly recommend this rental, especially to a large family!

Summary: This home is in a very pretty neighborhood and is convenient and close to all that Tallahassee has to offer. We were in a group of 6 adults attending a wedding and all had plenty of space and room to enjoy this home in comfort. This house is clean, spacious, comfortable and the owners were VERY good at communicating and answering questions quickly. I would 100% recommend this home.

Summary: The property is exactly as pictured. It is a comfortable home with space enough for 3-4 couples so there is communal space yet places to be alone. It is convenient to Mission San Luis for a nice walk and the neighborhood is green and walkable safely. Nothing is far away… a quick lunch spot, Publix or even Florida State are an easy trip.
