This luxurious, professionally decorated, three floor beachfront townhome has stunning view of the ocean from the living room, dining area, kitchen, one oceanfront bedroom and master bedroom. There are three decks, two overlooking the ocean and one looking towards the bay. Beach access is steps away and there is a life guard station in front of the house. Located in the best part of town, it is within easy walking distance to restaurants, ice cream parlor, shops, grocery store, tennis courts, bike rental and coffee shops.
For your comfort it is centrally air conditioned and has gas heat. For your enjoyment, it has a fireplace, a jacuzzi, three flat screen TVs, DVD players and stereo with ipod station. High speed internet, phone and cable service allows you to keep in touch with the world and also enjoy your stay.
This beautiful house has hardwood floor in the living room, ceramic tiles in the kitchen and bathrooms and carpeted bedrooms. The first floor has three bedrooms, two of them have two twin beds each. The third is oceanfront with queen bed, attached full bath and a deck in front overlooking the ocean. There is also a full bath between the other bedrooms. The second floor has living room, kitchen, dining area and a bedroom with queen bed. A full bath on this floor is accessible from both the hallway and the bedroom. The third floor has the master bedroom with attached bath which has a walk in shower. it also has a deck.
The garage under the house can accommodate two cars, in addition, there are two off-street parking spots. There is also a outdoor hot/cold shower at the street level.

Summary: Lovely ocean front location. Very convenient to all of the shops. The house was very comfortable.. Everything was laid out in the home for convenience and comfort. Even enjoyed a few sightings of wildlife. Would definitely book this particular property again?.

Summary: We loved the house! It is a beautiful house on a great street. Friendly neighbors and its steps away from the beach. It is close to ACME and Sands shop and Kix beer distributor. We walked there daily. It was a mile and half to boardwalk. A bit of a walk for kids but do able. WE LOVED OUR STAY.

Summary: This beach house is in the perfect location (away from the nightlife but close enough to town) and has the best views! ACME and CVS are only a short walk (bike or drive) to pick up everything needed for vacation - Uncle Oogies too! My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our time and will be back!

Summary: My husband & I hosted a long weekend celebration in Sea Isle City for a large group & our entire family loved this beautiful home. Nearly every room has lovely views of the ocean (even on rainy days) & the oceanfront porches/balconies were even better than in the on-line pictures. There is a large dune next to the house on the oceanside that provides wildlife (birds, rabbits, ospreys) viewing opportunities & the beach beyond is wide & clean. The kitchen was well equipped & stores/shopping/restaurants were all close by. The owners were a pleasure to communicate with - responsive, welcoming, & more than willing to provide information that helped us plan our events. We would definitely stay here again.

Summary: We've stayed at several beachfront properties over the years, always seeking a stunning view, and we finally got it with this beautiful home! Just hanging out inside the house was a pleasure because we could see the ocean so well. The deck is even better, just lovely, with the umbrella for shade in the morning. The beach is absolutely perfect at this spot, very wide and clean. And the house is great inside as well. All the bedrooms were very nice, plenty of beds and showers. The house has new kitchen counters that are amazingly pretty, and new, lighter-colored paint on the living room and master bedroom walls, very bright. The owner was great, he answered our few questions immediately and we had no problems. This house is away from the downtown but takes only a couple of minutes to drive there, and there are some restaurants within walking distance. We all loved this place and want to go back.
