The villa is uniquely designed for multigenerational family vacations, milestone celebrations like birthdays/anniversaries and more suitable for mature guests (40+). The concierge will arrange for you to be greeted at the airport, walk you through the villa and assist in coordinating your island adventures.
Eternity is a state-of-the-art, secure, modern house of 6,000 sq ft with five bedrooms, each with its own private en suite bathroom that accommodates up to 11 guests. The outdoor living space makes up 2,000 sq ft of the space and has breathtaking outdoor unobstructed views of the Caribbean coastline and Magens Bay. The outdoor living and dining space has whitewash shiplap ceilings, beverage fridge and BBQ which is complemented by the 10,000 gallon, 50 foot negative-edge swimming pool with private vista The villa is located in the gated community of Estate Peterborg and the property is privately gated with restricted grounds access with added security through outside cameras.
The gourmet kitchen is conveniently and tastefully appointed with quartz counter-tops, a six-seat island, and quality new appliances including a massive built-in fridge, ice maker, wine cooler, induction cook-top/oven and more.
In the dining area, a solid, natural-edge Acacia wood table with seats for 12 echoes the beautiful whitewashed shiplap ceilings that run 12-feet high throughout the living area. The 1,000-square-foot living area also includes a media centre with a 82-inch Samsung smart TV staged before a limestone accent wall. High-speed Wifi boosters are located throughout the house to provide seamless wireless coverage. With the villa's 40,000 KWH generator you will always have power at your disposal.
The house has beach essentials, including beach towels, two umbrellas, 10 Tommy Bahama beach chairs as well as sand toys for children.
Bedrooms
The newly constructed villa’s sleeping arrangements were designed with guest privacy and comfort top of mind. Bedrooms possess their own unique visual personas as created by island designer Tiffany Cassidy of Lagnappe Design, but each is fitted with a king size bed, its own separate climate control system with air conditioning and private ensuite bathroom. All bathrooms boast an elevated double vanity and a luxury walk-in shower including a rain head, wall-mounted head and handheld head.
For those who would luxuriate in their bathing regime, the master bathroom on the main floor contains a gorgeous acorn tub that overlooks Magens Bay through floor-to-ceiling windows.
The second main floor bedroom is furnished with a king bed that can be converted to three twin beds for families with children or groups requiring flexible bunking options. All bedrooms are equipped with smart TV's for your enjoyment.

Summary: I am afraid to write too many positives as next time we try to go it might be booked! The villa is one the nicest we have ever stayed in. The views are stunning and the villa itself is top shelf. We had 8 total and had more than enough room. Every room was well appointed and the bathrooms were extremely nice and clean. The kitchen was well stocked. We had a private chef towards the end of our stay, coordinated by the host, that was excellent. I would recommend the chef earlier in the visit as we had enough food for 3 meals. The pool and deck area was outstanding. Did I mention the views! Everything about the villa was excellent. The local contacts were extremely responsive and helpful booking various adventures. Will definitely return on our next visit to St Thomas

Summary: I can’t imagine a more beautiful place in St Thomas than Eternity Villa. The views from this property are amazing. We were looking for a calm, tranquil place and it was exactly what we wanted. The pictures do not do it justice. The home is so beautifully decorated. It has everything you need. We were tempted to not even leave the house!

Summary: As a fellow VRBO host of a beach house in Hilton Head Island, I take very close consideration of others houses and amenities, accuracy of listing, and overall experience. This property is stellar, it's very apparent the owners take pride in upkeep of their house, cleanliness, and overall guest experience. The house and property are beautiful, everything works, and is as described if not better. Kitchen- stocked, bedroom- well appointed. Pool- clean, chairs- comfortable, couch- plush and relaxing. I would encourage others to enjoy this house if it's available, and note that everything is as described and done with a sense of luxury and relaxation. A+

Summary: House beyond expectations. Just the right size, everything you need is there, close to a beautiful beach and our favorite restaurant - Fish Bar. Host is amazing and will help with anything you may need or want. We didn’t do anything special but they checked in with us to see if we needed anything Just a perfectly beautiful place!

Summary: This house was beautiful, and very well kept. While more than we were originally looking to spend it met our expectations and then some. Gavin, the property manager was readily available with any questions and was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. They also recommended a great chef who made so much food it was well worth the investment. We had a total of 4 adults and two babies under 1 year with us and the house provided a playpen and a crib. The outdoor also has more than enough shaded spaces for lunch and for the kids to comfortably stay out of the sun. A few call outs for anyone staying in St Thomas - bring cash, that is what most taxis and the chef ask for - if you order provisions for the house everything is mainly exported so it adds up We would definitely stay here again!

Summary: To say this house is perfection, would be an understatement! We stayed at Eternity Villa for a week with two other families. The set up of this house is wonderful for large groups, and the location and view were beyond measure. The complimentary concierge service is extremely helpful while planning your vacation as well. Their communication was top notch, and they have wonderful suggestions no matter what you are looking to do. Although we did have outings scheduled throughout the week, we would have been more than happy to never set foot off of the property. We will definitely be planning another trip back to Eternity Villa!
