Summary: Great stay. Out of the high traffic areas but close enough to grab a ride on the street car and go on an adventure. Very neat and comfortable hotel. Street car stop being near by and a gas station within walking distance was great. Easy check in and secure parking.

Summary: Great location. It is away from all the hustle and bustle, but is a short trolley ride to Bourbon Street, and the trolley picks you up a half block from the hotel.

Summary: Great location, hotel is very nice, clean and friendly staff. Beds were comfortable and rooms spacious. Bathroom could use a good remodel but overall is great.

Summary: Our stay was wonderful! Everyone at the hotel was extremely friendly and helpful. They remained calm and focused on making sure customers were safe when an unscheduled power shutdown happened in the city. Fantastic staff!!

Summary: Staff was extremely friendly going above and beyond to make sure your needs were met. Room was extremely clean as well as the hotel as a whole. Just steps away from the streetcar (public transportation) with easy access to the French Quarter. Only drawback was no exhaust fan for the bathroom and bathroom door wouldn’t close properly

Summary: Great location and great service. Bed was comfortable. However, we would not stay here again for three reasons. 1. The hotel has a grill restaurant attached, and the room smelled overpoweringly of meat grease/burned grill smell the whole time. This is the main reason I wouldn't return. 2. There were no coverings on the window, and many lights outside. I can't sleep in a non-darkened room. 3. We appreciate that it's pet friendly, but a couple problems with that—the bathroom isn't air conditioned, so we had no way to contain the dog when needed. The key card entry on the front door was broken so we couldn't take the dog out after hours without getting trapped outside.

Summary: Right in front of tram station on Charles ave, convenient to go to French Quarters or towards Audubon park. Next to Garden district with beautiful historical mansions, and walkable to Magazine street. Breakfast was simple and nice. Outisde window had vent machines and no view and bit noisy, but room was clean with comfortable beds.
