Summary: The Yurt was incredible. It was the perfect place to decompress and reset. A touch of whimsy and a lot of nature was exactly what we needed. We live busy, fast paced lives and this stay was the polar opposite of our day to day and was perfect. It was clean, well appointed and so much fun. We will no doubt be returning next year!

Summary: There is a bit of everything, at the Yurt, for our grown family. The building and view are gorgeous and peaceful. The in floor heating and old records made things cozy. And a quick jaunt to portage provided plenty of fast paced adventure for our 20 something children. It is a bit of paradise tucked away in nature. The only thing people complained about was finding the turn, because it really is out of the view of the rest of the world.

Summary: Adventures await you at the Yurt! The lake is right on the property with plenty of hiking trails. Two kayaks are available for use as well as a near by boat launch. The Yurt has everything you will need for your stay. We did a girlfriends weekend but families would also love this. Close to Pawpaw and lawton.
