Summary: This condo was perfect for our stay at Christmas so we could be close to our family. It has been very tastefully decorated and updated. The owner is wonderful as we had to modify our reservation and received a refund for those days as stated. She also responded quickly when we accidentally locked ourselves out the first night!

Summary: This property is located on a beautiful beach. The condo was extremely clean and well maintained. The decor was tasteful and looks to be recently updated. We will definitely remember this little gem and will be back.

Summary: Everything was exactly as described and accurate pictures. The locaction was perfect, right by where we wanted but quiet. The beach location was great!!!

Summary: Love, and enjoyed our place, great communication, cozy, and quiet, the benefits of being next to the beach, we were able to enjoy the sunrise, and sunset. Everything was within walking distance. We had a wonderful time in Cocoa Beach, we were able to enjoy many of the local events, see several shuttle launches, and meet great people, we are planning our next trip, and staying at the same place.

Summary: I loved staying here! Everything was clean and appliances were brand new. The location was perfect, less than a 10 min walk from the pier. Beach access right in the backyard and was it was private. Complex was quiet and felt safe! Would highly recommend and stay here again 😊
