We are literally just steps to the beach, on the scenic route in the seaside village of Mill Bay, BC. Our garden suite has a lovely view of the ocean where the sunrises will greet you each morning. Restaurants are walking distance as is our marina, community wharf & shopping mall. Wine tasting at 9 nearby vineyards or hike, bike, golf, play pickleball at our newly opened neighbourhood courts, we have it all for a holiday to remember. Close to Victoria for easy day trips. Summary: Perfect spot to stay for visiting Brentwood for sports or students. Nice beach access just 1 block away. Has everything you need to cook. Would be lovely in any season.

Summary: Steps to the beach is a lovely picturesque area to spend a vacation. There was nothing that Shannon forgot to equip us with. It was very quiet and pleasant. The suite was spotless and water pressure was great for showers. Close to any stores you might need. Beautiful place to enjoy morning coffee with a view of the blooming gardens. Summary: This property has easy access to the beach; you can walk to the marina at low tide. The yard and outdoor sitting areas are beautiful. The location is very quiet. We didn’t hear any traffic noise and rarely heard our hosts moving around upstairs. Shannon greeted us upon arrival and we didn’t see her again until our departure (she was available, but we had no concerns and had everything we needed) The kitchen was well stocked and the bed was very comfortable (but the pillows are rather flat) The only reason I didn’t give this property 5 stars is because we were asked to strip the bed and take out our garbage, compost and recycling before departing which is something we’ve never come across before. Not a huge request, but very unexpected.

Summary: The host was so easy to deal with, and so accommodating - super nice people. The home is in an absolutely beautiful spot, and the location is ideal. Any Brentwood parents, take note, it is a two minute drive to the campus. We wish we had known about this spot eight years ago. The amenities are beyond what we normally expect, including a brand new bbq for the use of guests. The bed was very comfortable, and the shower was awesome. There was a coffee maker, with coffee provided, and they even left some REAL CREAM in the fridge - winning! All around top notch experience.
