It is only minutes away from local shops/restaurants and 25 minutes from Gulf beaches like Anna Maria Island. You will enjoy the location and the home as well. As you enter the home you will notice the spacious open floor plan with indoor dining and living areas. It has everything you need for your vacation. The kitchen has a convenient breakfast nook that keeps entertaining your family and friends while cooking your favorite meals. Every bedroom has a unique furniture package to fit every environment. Not to count the oversized master bathroom with spacious countertops and a shower.
As you walk to the living area you will notice the outdoor and living spaces. A 4th bedroom is locked as it is used as an owner's storage and will not be available to guests. For your convenience, the pool is screened so you can seat outside and enjoy the beautiful view. The pool can be heated in the winter. There is an additional charge for pool heating. Please ask us.

Summary: THE HOUSE WAS IN A GREAT LOCATION - VERY CLOSE TO EVERYWHERE WE WANTED TO GO. VERY NICE QUIET NEIGHBORHOOD WITH THE ADDED PERKS OF THE COMMUNITY POOL - TENNIS COURTS- BASKETBALL COURTS WE WERE GIVEN A KEY PASS TO USE THE WEEK WE WERE THERE ON VACA. THERE WERE A FEW ISSUES WITH THE HOUSE - TV WAS TERRIBLE(NEED TO GET A BETTER TV NETWORK) NO ONE WANTS TO WATCH 70'S - 80'S OLD TV PROGRAMS!!! PART OF THE TIME NONE OF IT WORKED. OTHER ISSUES WERE KITCHEN FAUCET NEEDS TO BE REPLACED- ONLY HOT WATER OUT OF IT. HAD TO GO INTO BATHROOM TO GET COLD WATER TO MAKE TEA KOOLAID ETC DRINKS. LIGHTS IN POOL AND HOT TUB NEED TO BE REPLACED - FIRE ALARMS WENT OFF ONE MORNING AND THEY HAD TO COME PULL ALL OF THEM OUT OF THE WALLS. AS FAR AS THE HOT TUB - WHEN YA RENT A HOUSE WITH A HOT TUB YOU SHOULD NOT HAVE TO PAY EXTRA AT THE LAST MINUTE TO HAVE THE HOT TUB HOT!!! IT DIDNT WORK EVEN AFTER THAT (THREE OF THE 10 DAYS WE WERE THERE). THE PROPERTY MANAGER WAS VERY NICE AND HELPED US WHEN CALLED BUY THIS HOME NEEDS SOME STUFF FIXED. WE WOULD STAY HERE AGAIN BECAUSE WE LIKE THE HOME AND THE AREA.

Summary: We had a family Christmas with 4 generations and this was great space for us to spread out. Pool was good though due to the colder weather, it couldn't keep up to be very warm. It had everything we needed. The only thing we wish it had was a gas grill to use.

Summary: We loved this place and enjoyed all it had to offer while we visited family for Thanksgiving. The pool and spa were perfect for our group. I’d echo other reviews that the house was not as clean as it could have been on arrival. Stefan was great and responsive to all of our needs.

Summary: It was absolutely amazing. Definitely enough space for the family, the kids loved the pool and overall loved the privacy and quiet neighborhood. Definitely recommend.

Summary: This house is beyond wonderful and beautiful. It is perfect to have a happy vacation. 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large living room, large kitchen. The beds are very comfortable to sleep on. The master bedroom is gigantic, and has a king size bed, it also has a spacious bathroom & a walking closet. It has a nice pool and jacuzzi. A beautiful pond very near so you can go to do fishing basically in your back yard. Great location overall. The Property Manager Mr. Stefan is a very polite and great person and always has a wonderful attitude and responds immediately to whatever his guests need. We have had a blessed time in this house and we are very grateful. Thanks so much Stefan for your hospitality.

Summary: Booking and check in were smooth, one day before check in I received an email about a broken light on master bedroom which I felt should’ve been fixed prior to arrival other than that property manager was attentive entire stay. If you want access to the community amenities you’ll need to ask it’s not automatically included, also if you want the pool warm it’s an extra charge which you’ll also have to request.
