Property is ideally located in small 3-unit complex on Gulf Boulevard with short 2 minute walk to the Kooky Coconut and beach across the street ... Just a short 5 minute, 2.5 block walk to downtown with Crabby Bill's, Splash Harbour Water Park and all the other coffee shops, restaurants and bars.
Renovated, nicely appointed 2 bedroom (with 2 king beds), 1 bathroom ground floor villa with your very own expansive, enclosed, private deck with gas grill, Tommy Bahama beverage center/cooler/bar and dining for 6 … everything you need for entertaining outdoors 'florida style'… including your very own palm trees!
Unit has high-end furnishings and is decorated with contemporary beach flair. Free WiFi, wall-mounted flat screen Samsung Smart TV's in the living room and bedrooms. Or, if you like, listen to tunes with Alexa.
Completely remodeled kitchen and bath with new cabinetry, as well as crushed shell and concrete counter-tops in the kitchen and granite counter-top in the bath. Kitchen comes completely equipped with high-end stainless steel appliances and upgraded cookware. Bathroom has glass enclosed spa-like shower and comes stocked with premium towels. Bedrooms are well appointed with luxurious bedding, and closets have been nicely remodeled with plenty of build-ins and storage.

What We Provide:
The unit is fully furnished with all the appliances and utensils we believe are necessary for daily living. It also includes bedspreads, linens, blankets, bath towels, and beach towels. For your convenience, initial set-up/starter supplies, such as hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent, trash bags, and some toiletries are supplied. Our vacation rental properties are “self-catering” accommodations and the “starter supply” is intended to help you get started and not intended to last your entire stay. We do not supply more than the initial supply to the property, and it is likely you may have to purchase some additional supplies during your stay. Please note, there is no barbecue grill at the property in order to comply with local fire codes.
Cleaning:
A departure housekeeping fee is included in your rental payment, and the unit will be cleaned after your departure. Additional/interim cleanings along with linen service may be arranged during your stay for an additional housekeeping fee.
Early Check-Ins & Late Check-Outs:
To guarantee an early check-in, an additional night will need to be rented. However, we will notify you if your unit is ready before our standard 4 PM check-in time. Check-out time is 10 AM, and we are unable to offer later check-outs as we need the time to prepare the unit for the next guest.

Summary: The property is in a great location within easy walking distance to the beach and many restaurants. The apartment is well organized, making good use of space. The private patio is lovely. The hosts are very friendly and accommodating. They helped make our six week stay very enjoyable. Beth and Shannon seem committed to helping Indian Rocks Beach recover from the hurricanes, starting with their commitment to maintaining the property and filling it with high quality furnishings and accessories. They are the gold standard for hosts. We hope to return in the future.

Summary: This was our first visit to the Gulf Coast of FL. This rental at Indian Rocks Beach was just the kind of place we hoped for. Quiet, easy access to beaches ( don’t let the 2 Oct 2024 hurricanes deter you. Beaches are open and are beautiful! It’s a short walk to the beach (maybe 2 blocks), and a half mile to a restaurant/bar and ice cream shop (which are also open for business post hurricane!) Beth was very communicative and prompt. Rental was very clean and perfect for our 4 day weekend. Beach chairs and beach towels provided! The rental has a lovely patio, perfect for hanging out, just like the listing photos show. If you plan to grill, check the propane tank ahead of time.

Summary: We came into town for a wedding. Getting into the suite was super easy. We were greeted with inviting music. It totally put us in the mood for the start of our mini getaway. The unit was super clean and ready for us to relax. We loved everything about this place. Hosts were wonderful to work with. We would definitely love to stay here again when in Indian Rocks.

Summary: The property is a dream. Everything is updated and clean. The fenced in deck was wonderful and we got to barbecue. It was a great place to stay with our dogs. There is a quaint Florida neighborhood in the back of the place we stayed that we could take our dogs for a walk. It is right across the street from the beach and the Kooky Koconut was right there for beach snacks. I was a bit worried about parking and having to back out on to Gulf Boulevard, but it really was not a problem. We will definitely stay here again, and I would recommend this property to friends and family.
