Summary: We spent the night in Charlotte on the way to the South Carolina coast. You must visit Optimist Hall, amazing food court on steroids!

Summary: The place was very clean and easy to access. Easy access to the city and makes exploring Charlotte convenient. Hosts were very accommodating and communication was excellent. Would stay here again if back in Charlotte.

Summary: Despite some issues with property, weekend was enjoyable. Cleanliness was the biggest issue. All the wood floors were super sticky. My wife had to wipe down all the flat surfaces and mop the bathroom floor. The wipes were black after cleaning. The bed mattress sagged in the middle, pillows were uncomfortable and the bed frame squeaked every time you moved. I think we left it cleaner than how we received it. I manage a regional commercial/ residential cleaning company, so I’m being fare on saying the property owner should look for a better cleaning service. We could not access the parking garage and parking on the street was not ideal due to the bar patrons sitting on cars and breaking bottles at night. Overall though we enjoyed our weekend due to the close proximity to festivities in the city.
