Summary: My teenage daughter and I stayed here for a concert. The condo itself was very clean and fresh. It was nicely decorated and the kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed.. The neighborhood was charming and walkable. We would definitely stay here again if we come back to Charlotte.

Summary: We booked for 2 nights and were pleasantly surprised at the selection of excellent restaurants, shops, botanical gardens, and hiking trails in the area. Charlotte is a very walkable city. Accommodations were exactly as advertised. Very nice!

Summary: Perfect location for a trip to Charlotte for a concert at Bank of America stadium. The condo is just as described, cute, clean and very walkable to everything you’d want to do while in downtown Charlotte. Eric was easy to connect with when we had questions, and an overall gracious host. We’ll definitely keep this on our list for figure visits!
