Positive: Everything was great specially the view
Negative: The wifi could be a little better, we couldn't watch TV it was complicated to set up. Maybe if they just leave local channels so that guests can watch something while spending time together. More towels would be appreciated if guests are staying longer than two days.
Summary: Overall, our stay was wonderful. Francisco and Pablo explained everything very well.

Positive: What a great location, wonderful balcony and open kitchen living area made it feel spacious. Such a great view. Tremendous host, very responsive and really appreciated being met at the door (late at night arrival) to reassure us we were at the right place. Place to rent bikes right there on the front, wonderful classy old town to explore, all just a short walk away. Helpful and responsive hosts. Be aware theres a hill/steps to climb, but its a very direct route down to town and of course that's the trade off to get the view!
Negative: no complaints, everything as described, think we had one of the best views available in that area
Summary: Loved it, in our opinion the nicer end of Mazatlan, plenty of bars and the old town is special!

Positive: Very nice and clean! The views are amazing! The bedrooms are all spacious with their own bathroom. The kitchen is well equipped with dishes, pots and pans, and drinkware. Highly recommended!
Negative: I really can't think of any minuses of this property. It really truly was amazing!

Positive: Awesome views, excellent location in the heart of Centro. Pablo who owns a unit in the building was always readily accessible. Loved having having a fully equipped kitchen too!
Negative: Some my find its location on top of Ice Box Hill inconvenient, for me it was perfect, I love walking and hiking, so for me it was a plus, the price to pay for such an awesome view!

Positive: We have stayed in both their 2 bedroom and the 3 bedroom locations at this property. For the view overlooking Centro the 2 bedroom was better and quieter then the lower 3 bedroom unit. But the room in the kitchen and couch area is better in the 3 bedroom location. Loved the view. This location is not for those with mobility issues. There are stairs to the units and the walk down the steep stairs to the lower roadway to access the beach is hard on your knees and lots of cardio. But for those who r loving a good sweat workout this is your location. Loved the quietness of the area as it is residential. Hosts are very friendly. When we stayed here we were here 10 days at a time. Glass balcony railing is nice, everything was clean when we arrived.
Negative: The 3 bedroom had no toaster. We ended up making toast over the gas range to eat breakfast as we like to cook at home. The stand alone bathroom was very bad odor ... never used it as smell was of foul sewage from somewhere, kept the door closed. But each bedroom has its own bathroom so not a big issue. Otherwise no complaints. Would be nice for thin top blanket on the bed as we had to buy one both times we stayed as we are canadian and get cold.

Positive: I cannot rave enough about the property manager, Francisco! He is so attentive and polite, he went above and beyond for us during our stay. The views are breathtaking, but Francisco’s hospitality was the star of the show for me!
Negative: Lots of steep stairs, but small price to pay for the incredible views!

Positive: The View might be best in Mazatlan. The host were great, The condo was spotless and really well laid out. Quite area of town high above everything. Don't rent a car walk to everything. Olas Altas right outside, Playa Norte a short walk, Las Changueras (Shrimp Ladies) a short walk, Pino Suarez Mazatlan Market a short walk. Plazuela Machado a short walk. Location, Location, Location, this place has it.
