Summary: Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The good thing about this home is the location and the fact it comes with beach equipment. The down side is there were ants everywhere. They were in the counter, in the downstairs bathroom, living room, and even in the fridge. We wanted to cook food in the kitchen, but we're forced to eat out every day because of the disgusting amount of ants. Will not be back.

Appliances needed maintenance. I know agency was at the mercy of the repair man. Promised compensation as we were unable to use dishwasher and dryer.

Summary: Very clean, up to date and comfortable condo. My daughter and I enjoyed the 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Everything was immaculate. We brought our dog and we were happy that there was no doggy smell when we arrived. We made sure that our dog was shampooed prior to arrival as well. The views from the back door were wonderfull. We love walking in the neighborhood. We have often rented in Chicoteague but this was the best.
