Summary: Comfortable small house. Couches and beds were very comfortable. Very convenient to everything in the south end. Would have been a bit better if some of the knobs on the kitchen drawers and cabinets had been replaced vs. being bare screws (b) there were ice trays so we could make some ice (given that it was 90 degrees). Also, luckily we were not cooking much but the lack of a dishwasher…

Summary: The property was quiet and in a great location. Both beds and the sofa bed were comfortable for me and my family. The hot tub was enjoyable and backyard was bigger than I expected. Overall it was a great place to stay!

Summary: The house was just as described. We appreciate the owner's candor about it being a work in progress. Best sharp knives of any rental ever! Bathtub needs a plug. Great fenced yard for our granddog.
