Sunny Side Up is a spacious and bright beach home in the exclusive Audubon gate community. Enjoy privacy and gorgeous beaches! The property sits right across the street from the Gulf of Mexico and has ocean views from two bedrooms and open common space. The home has an upscale finish with crown molding, built-in bookshelves, a large kitchen and dining area, and a living room that is open to our white sandy beach views. The community is close to restaurants and other island attractions including Fort Morgan, Billy Goat Hole, Dauphin Island Sea Lab, and the Audubon Bird Sanctuary just to name a few. Live your life with the Sunny Side Up!
As with all of our Dauphin Island Beach Rentals, all linens and towels are provided, WIFI, along with a fully-outfitted kitchen. There will be a starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags; please plan on bringing more for day 2 ;). A great beach vacation is waiting on you!
Please note the following:
1. Minimum Age for the Primary Renter is 25, and Primary Renter must be present for the entire stay.
2. Maximum Occupancy numbers include Children 3 and over and cannot be exceeded at any time.
3. All of our Homes are Non-Smoking.
4. A signed Rental Agreement is Required, which contains additional Rules and Guidance.
5. This property does not allow weddings or parties.
6. Check-in time is 3 pm, and check-out time is 10 am.
7. Start dishes and linens before departure.
8. Take the trash can to the street on Tuesday night and Friday night.
9. This home is pet-friendly, dogs only, 2-Pet Maximum Limit - $100 pet fee per dog applies.

Summary: The property was fabulous! The location was great. Really loved that it was pet friendly! Property management was great! The only negative is that housekeeping could have been better. Beds were clean, the carpeting was pretty stained from previous guests. The coffee pot had not been cleaned, it had burnt coffee in it. And a few coffee cups were dirty. We did not complain on our arrival. We just cleaned it and continued with our stay. Overall stay was great, would stay again!

Summary: This house was perfect for us! We never felt crowded, and the porch was outstanding. It was great to be able to bring our dog with us on this trip. I will be back for sure!

Summary: I don't like these surveys because you always want more. I did not feel that the house lived up to it's online pictures on your website. All the chairs on the deck were broken. There were not tv's in every room, which in the end was okay, if you don't mind watching modern day cartoons.

Summary: We loved staying at Sunny Side Up with our family. The property was beautiful and the home was clean and well stocked. We didn’t realize there was a beach restoration effort underway which made the walk to the beach a bit longer than planned but it was still doable and there were so many beaches to access across the island. Our kids had a blast and we slept so well. We had Pirates Pizza and explored the Audubon property next door as well as the fort. If bringing kiddos remember to bring groceries and diapers to the island. We were glad we had since there wasn’t a lot of options for groceries without leaving the island.

Summary: Great location for enjoying Dauphin Island, particularly the Audubon Bird Sanctuary. Island is quiet, but enjoyed beach walks and kayaking (Salty Dog Watersports). House was comfortable and lots of space.
