Sitting Waterfront on South Main Street - home of magnificent Chincoteague Sunsets, you’ll have the best seat in the house for Mother Nature’s beauty. Add in a gorgeously Renovated Historic Home and a Private Bayfront Dock, and you’ve got the makings of the perfect Beach Break. And did we mention that Sunset Breeze is just a hop, skip, and jump away from Assateague National Seashore, where our Wild Ponies roam free?!

As you take your first few steps into this adorable home, you’ll fall in love right away with the lovely Sunroom that lines the front of the house. Just off the Sunroom is the cozy Living Area. You’ll love relaxing here after a fun-filled day at the Beach and enjoying Free WiFi and Flat Screen Smart TV.
