A lot of thought and effort was put in to making this a top vacation home that is ideal for family or friends getting together to make memories. Multiple gathering areas in home which includes a game room featuring ping pong and vintage pinball machine. Resort like backyard with pool, hot tub, bbq area and covered patio. Ideal location just minutes from San Tan Mall and Top Golf! Its all here!
The space
With over 3500 sq ft of living space and a large yard packed with fun amenities this is a can't miss for those looking to get away and enjoy some warm weather. As you enter through the front door your greeted with dramatic vaulted ceilings and spiral staircase. There is multiple gathering areas in the home. Relax in the main living area for movie night or head upstairs to loft for game night. Game room features bar seating, championship ping pong table and a vintage pinball machine! Spacious master bedroom retreat with workspace area for those getting in some work while on vacation. Fully stocked kitchen for cooking meals and a formal dining area as well as eat in kitchen area. Backyard that is loaded with features. Outdoor dining and lounging area as well as built in bbq island and sparkling saltwater pool with heating option in the winter or chilling option in the Summer. In ground spa features custom lighting seating for 4 to wind down at end of day. Artificial grass area for family activities like corn hole and a fire pit area with seating . Guests have access to full laundry facilities and garage parking. Multiple bikes provided to get out and see the neighborhood. A playground for the kids is just a short walk down the paved path and includes a basketball court, sand volleyball court, large grassy area and covered picnic table.
Home is located in a convenient location in East Valley town of Gilbert. San Tan mall which features shopping, dining, and nightlife is just down the street. Looking for a fun activity outside of the house the popular Top Golf is 5 min away as well. Situated near the 101 freeway which makes it easy to get anywhere in the valley. Mesa Gateway airport is just a 12 minute drive.
We strive to make the guest experience easy and memorable. We have a full time staff dedicated to customer service and we are always available to address questions or concerns.
This home offers self check in for guests and you will receive a door code unique to your stay the day prior to arrival. There is no shared spaces in this home and you have it all to yourself.
House Rules
This home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood and neighbors must be respected at all times. No loud parties or disruptive behavior of any kind will be tolerated. We welcome guests to have fun but we expect you to treat it as your own home.
Outdoor Quiet Hours are 10 PM nightly and strictly enforced. This is a city ordinance that we must abide by. No loud outdoor activities are permitted past this time.
No smoking in home. Any signs of smoking in property will result in a $1000 fine.
Other things to Note
Pool can be heated in the winter time or chilled in the Summer for an additional $75 per day or $350 per week.
Must notify manager at least 72 hours in advance of stay for pool heating.
Spa is always heated for free.
This is a family friendly home. Pack and play and booster chair provided for the little ones and pool is fenced in for safety.

Summary: We loved the location, conveniently located for easy access to highway, bike trails, hiking ,etc. The backyard was great. Outdoor dining table, fire pit, pool and hot tub were all great.

Summary: The house was everything we needing plus more. We went out for a basketball tournament in the area. We had an issue with a thermostat not working and I called and was helped immediately. Would definitely stay again.

Summary: Tons of room. The two rooms with 4 Full Size beds (in the form of bunk beds) was awesome. This home could easily accommodate 2 families with 4 kids each family (or more if they'll share a bed)!! The kitchen had everything we needed to make breakfasts for the family. I LOVED that they KEEP the spices and some oil and coffee pods and such that DO last a while or are non perishable. It saves you money from buying them which you may only use one time!!! We also were welcomed with a Thank You gift, which was very nice of them. Easy access to the home. Pool has a fence which is good for the kid and easily accessible for us adults. Plenty of yard space for activities and a lovely outdoor seating area. I think the only downside anyone stated was the TV's in the rooms were small- What a problem to have lol We would definitely stay there again when heading to PHX as it was a very good location also and close to anything you'd need while there. We did college tours and soaked up the sun so it was perfect. Also a bonus Top Golf is about a 5 minute drive!! Happy VRBOing!!
