Positive: Perfect location for visiting the city and having easy access to the garage where the car was parked. The apartment was excellent, very clean and had everything one would want. People I spoke with were helpful and fry

Positive: Large comfortable apartment coupled with free, secure underground parking, within walking distance of the city centre. The owner, Sara, greeted us on arrival and was extremely helpful - showing us around the apartment, ably assisted by her delightful six year old son, and with suggesting places for us to eat in the old town.

Positive: Convenient for visiting centre of Oviedo. With pleasant green leafy outlook. Safe parking for car in the same building. Also good for visiting both the coast and inland areas (e.g. Covadonga Lakes). Washing machine and dishwasher in flat.
Negative: Everything was fine.

Positive: Great location, handy for the old town. Parking was super, much easier than most Spanish underground parking! Lovely that we could come & go in the car as much as we liked without having to bother with tickets (parking uses number plate recognition). Apartment itself was warm & comfortable. Pablo gave us some great local advice & was v helpful too.
