What a view over the marina of Shelter Cove and Broad Creek. Watch the summer fireworks from your screened in porch. This villa has all the upgrades you could want and gorgeous views. The kitchen is beautiful with its stone countertops, stainless steel appliances and open concept. It'll be fully-equipped with the conveniences of home should you want to cook meals for your family. The kitchen bar seats three. Near the kitchen is a laundry area with a full size washer and dryer for your convenience.
Adjacent to the kitchen is the formal dining area with a table that seats four. The living room is expansive and filled with plenty of beach-contemporary furniture, enough for the whole family. Adorning the living area is a large wall-mounted SMART TV along with slider access to your private screened-in Carolina room. Just off the main living area is a half bath for ease of access.
The Primary bedroom consists of a king bed, wall-mounted SMART TV and an en-suite Primary bathroom consisting of a large sunken tub, separate walk-in shower and vanity with two sinks. The guest bedroom consists of two queen beds, large wall-mounted SMART TV and its own en-suite guest bathroom!
The Mainsail condominium complex is beautiful and immaculately well-kept. The pool complex is gorgeous and features a large pool and private spa. The beach is accessed across the street in Palmetto Dunes Oceanfront Resort. This can be easily accessed by a few minute drive or by calling the Palmetto Dunes Buggy, which is an on-call free shuttle service operating within Shelter Cove Harbour and Palmetto Dunes Resort!

Summary: Getting into our rental was challenging as we never received a gate code for Mainsail. We only were given a door code. Had to track down a gate fob for the pool access which also grants access to the Boardwalk. This was never mentioned in the check in details. An alarm was going in a neighboring condo the entire time we were there. We let rental property mgmt them know of this but their response was not one of our mgmt properties. Rental Property was outstanding. The rental mgmt company not outstanding.

With this location, you have all the restaurants and entertainment around but it is still very quiet. The beach is a 10 minute bike ride and we enjoyed the amenities associated with Palmetto Dunes. The apartment was very clean and well-kept. After traveling all day to get here, it would have been nice to have been greeted by a bottle of wine, water and snacks like I've encountered in other places but, overall, I would highly recommend this rental. I would definitely come back.

My kids enjoyed the pool and beach. This condo is not within walking distance to the beach- it was a short drive. My kids enjoyed putt-putt, the pirate cruise and my daughter loved her mermaid pictures from Mermaids of Hilton Head. We had a great week!
