Positive: The seclusion, the location, the hot tub.
Negative: The drive way is a very sketchy, the windows were all filthy, and had no blinds, all the ceiling and bathroom fans were filthy and the air filters were dated and they were 30 days overdue and filthy. Flood lights outside don't work.

Positive: House was very clean and supplied with everything someone would need, bathroom needs, kitchen needs! There is a dog that may visit, she is nice, just looking for food!
Negative: The drive way is steep! Just be prepared for that!

Positive: Decor was amazing, very clean, had everything we needed. The hot tub was a great plus. I would absolutely recommend this cabin.
Negative: A few of the lights were out, but it was barely noticeable. That's about the only negative thing I could think of

Positive: The location is good, the hot tub was nice, cabin was smaller than expected but beautiful. The owner was responsive. The master bed is beyond comfortable! I miss it.
Negative: The kitchen had no running water due to a leak in the pipes. I contacted vacasa the first night via text, they had me send pictures of the issue and message for about 20 minutes, which ended with them saying I would be contacted the next day to get it repaired. The next day went by with no contact. I reached out again via a phone call the following day and was put in contact with the local vacasa representative. She responded promptly and the owner was out to repair the sink within a few hours. It was frustrating to go 2.5 days with a family with no running water in the kitchen. My original messages to vacasa were not responded to in any way. For being such an important issue of not having running water I would expect it to be treated importantly. We were out of dishes and spent time out of our vacation washing dishes in the bathtub in order to feed my children.. Once the owner was aware, he called and was very kind. The amenities listed such as shampoo, conditioner, coffee, kitchen supplies - were very basic. There were 2 hotel size bottles of shampoo and conditioner, and 2 kcups for coffee. I expected a higher quality for the price paid.
Summary: Overall it was very nice. The place itself was nice, my issues were mainly with vacasa.
