Positive: It’s situated close to snow/ski yards and ropeway ,cable cars for skiing. Room is more spacing than expected. Shared kitchen with fully kitchenette and dining room with great view of ski slope. Washer and vendor are at the ground floor.

Negative: No separated heater just the A/C unit did. Take a long walk about 15-20mins from bus terminal to the resort or taxi. No lift. Car parking should be reserved.

Summary: Ski slope/yard next to the resort. Beds is very comfortable to dunk in. Shared kitchen is very nice.

Positive: We loved this place, right next to zao ropeway. 2 min drive to Lawsons, could easy walk there. Only one night here. Comfortable and new. Shared kitchen and eating area was great. Good for chatting to other travellers. It was self check-in which went well. Very secure building as no staff are there. 7 rooms. Stairs but they were ok, we were on 2nd floor. An overnight bag is easy to manage.

Positive: Clean new full if necessary facility inside included room for dry the board and boot , lot of room space, beside ski lift.

Negative: No Lift and i stayed of 3rd Floor with tiny stair to went up

Positive: Very simple but clean and modern. Very western, not a traditional Japanese place. Which is absolutely fine. One person there during the day and no one in the evening. There are some food and drink options in the vending machines.
