Summary: I came with my teenage daughters to tour the colleges and this townhouse was a perfect stay for us. It was close to everything we wanted to visit but tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. The three bedrooms, all with queen size beds was a feature that really stood out in the area. I would definitely book again

Summary: We were down for graduation, we had a large party this was a great 3 BR with 3 Baths that fit us perfectly. The sheets/bathrooms/beds/furniture clean. It did not appear that the townhouse was swept/mopped prior to our arrival as there were small dead cockroaches in corners and although the checkout rules are to remove ALL fridge/freezer items...there were a number of fridge/freezer items upon our arrival. The complex is riddled with dog poop that does not get picked up which is no fault of the owners...just a heads up.

Summary: We arrived at night and freaked out because the lockbox is not in an obvious spot. The directions just say the code f the lockbox but it’s located on the window sill. I called the owner,texted him and emailed him. I was freaking out cuz it was already 10pm when we got there. Luckily I found the lockbox behind a bush n then all was amazing!!! Place is huge. Fully stacked. Wonderful beds n showers. Great location to FSU..

Summary: Thinking abt retiring in the area, so I needed a place with a kitchen, washer/dryer and bathroom. More rooms than I needed for just me, but this delivered on all fronts! The address is to the location was correct, but finding my exact spot required a phone call, which was returned immediately. Would be a great stay for a group, where private room and bath is needed for multiple people.
