Summary: Such a nice hotel - nicely renovated and the friendliest team - nothing was too much trouble. The location is wonderful right on the beach and beautiful views. Delicious dinner and I was sad to leave too early for breakfast.

Summary: Excellent hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Room was clean and comfortable. Food was tasty and well presented. Breakfast was filling and lots of choice. Fantastic location. Bus service to town good and cheap. Can't wait to return.

Summary: My brother and i cane to Jersey to give my brother his first real break since our parents passed away. The hotel made every attempt to ensure we felt welcome, and as my brother is profoundly deaf this meant some of the staff learnt a bit of sign language. Nothing was ever too much to ask. We were greeted every time we walked by anyone, and i have to say this one of the nicest, friendliest hotel i have stayed in. Well done to everyone x

Summary: Hotel:- Amazing location right on beech Room:- Clean, comfy, essential available that you need. Staff:- All of them from cleaners to reception to bar staff etc, fantastic, friendly and helpful. It made our stay better.

Summary: We had a great stay at Golden Sands our sea view room was clean, comfortable & had everything you need for a great holiday. The view from the room & balcony over the beach was breathtaking & beautiful. What also makes this hotel special are all the friendly helpful staff. Everyone of them are a credit to the hotel & they go out of their way to ensure you have a great stay. Thank you to all of the staff that make our stay so enjoyable. We will hopefully be back one day soon.

Summary: Fabulous hotel with fantastic outlook to sea with a great position facing the beach. Brilliant for all ages. Very good breakfast and wonderful staff. I highly recommend it .

Summary: The staff were amazing. Surprising family for a special birthday you couldn't have found the team to be any more helpful in making the birthday a huge celebration.. Breakfast was very full of choice, dinner the option of starters for mains not a problem and the cocktail list provide a nice amount of choice

Summary: I cannot fault this hotel the staff were friendly and attentive nothing was too much trouble the hotel was extremely clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay again.
