Positive: Spacious, clean and comfortable. The hosts were friendly and helpful. Beautiful downstair rooms, good breakfast.
Negative: The noise of traffic in our bedroom was quite loud, but it quietened during later hours in the night.

Positive: The Happy Place is around a 15 minute walk to Bourbon Street, and the area seemed safe to me, or you can take a bus which stops right across the street from the B&B. The house is large and well decorated, the bedroom was large, clean, and had a very comfortable bed and private bathroom, and a good breakfast was provided each morning. The hosts, Bob and Connie, were gracious, pleasant, and very knowledgeable about the area.
Summary: I am glad I made the choice to stay there.

Positive: Welcoming host and room was nicer than expected. We appreciated the option to borrow a bike. While the walk to tourist zones is longer you have good access to various appealing neighborhoods and parking was free and fairly easy.

Positive: Constance the host was fabulous, made sure we had everything we needed. The bed was so soft and comfortable same as the pillows. Room was very spacious.
Negative: Was a little further out of town than I’d expected but that was my fault for not checking location better.
