The first floor is one master bedroom with one elite garden. The main living area and full kitchen located on the second floor. There is also one roof family bar area for you to have a drink with friends after one-day exploration in Rotorua. Or you can change it to your morning Yoga place. It accommodates up to eight guests.
All three bedrooms include queen size beds with fresh linen. The kitchen comes with complete whitewares. The double garage comes with remote control and a full laundry.

Summary: This house was really comfortable, with a large open plan living and dining area, well provisioned kitchen, lock up parking, and rooftop deck. There are three bedrooms with space for about 8 people, and two bathrooms. The main living area and kitchen is upstairs, so that house will not suit those who have trouble with stairs. There is a bedroom and bathroom at ground level, which was idenfied with a handicap symbol on the door, but the room was cramped enough that people with mobility constraints might have trouble navigating it. The house has a connected garage for guests to use. There's a sliding gate on the drive, which is a bit of a hassle. The house was close enough to town that we could walk there. If you pick your route well, you get to walk through neighborhood streets instead of along the long empty lot. We were also able to walk to the thermal ponds and footbath in the park not too far away.

Summary: Great place to stay in Rotorua, clean and comfortable. The bedroom downstairs is a fair way from the rest of the house but worked well for older kids/teenagers.

Summary: Place was more than expected. In a good neighbourhood with easy drives to town and activities. Would definitely stay here again. New world was short drive or a hood walk if you wanted to. Garage was lovely and big would be fantastic to store the bikes if you need. Kitchen was very well stocked, everything we needed. Wifi was great. Cool little two story with a roof loft viewing area.

Summary: Property was furnished to a high standard and fans/air con was great! Unfortunately blinds were partly broken in living area so not completely private. Big spacious and great value for money
