Come relax in comfort in this mid-century ranch style home with a fireplace for cold, winter nights and a pool for hot summer days . Recently updated with new stainless appliances this charming home is in the heart of Midtown offers 3 bedroom 1.5 bath and is close to (FSU), Doak Campbell Stadium, FAMU and TCC. It is also just two minutes from Mission San Luis Park. Just off of West Tennessee St.

Summary: We stayed 4 nights at the house, and overall it was a very nice place. For 2 of us it had plenty of extra room. My wife decided on this house because of the pool, and it did not disapoint. Very relaxing. The house was clean and well stocked upon arrival, nice updated furniture. The master bath is a half bath which could be problematic with a larger group, for us 2 it was fine. Quiet street with plenty to do nearby. Close to the FSU stadium. We would stay here again.

Summary: I was in town for work and needed someplace for my family to stay. The house was charming, the pool kept the kids busy, and there were lots of games available for them to play. The hosts were fabulous and communicated quickly. They had everything we needed to be comfortable. The only negative was that the couch smelled like someone had smoked there, but we would definitely stay again.

Summary: We spent a long weekend in Tallahassee to visit 2 of our adult children, my parents and another daughter traveled with us. We ABSOLUTELY LOVED this adorable house!!!!! It was sparkling clean, decorated so cute and the backyard was a true hidden treasure!!! The master bed was heavenly. There was plenty of space, the location was fantastic and we had everything we could have possibly needed. We visit Tallahassee frequently and will definitely be back. This is the perfect home base for us and I cannot wait to lay by the pool again. Thank you so much for the amazing stay!!!!

Summary: We came into town for a last minute visit to see FSU and just look at the area. I originally booked this house for the pool for our daughter, but couldn’t get in because it was a little cold, however, it didn’t ruin our stay. It had the essentials and Amanda, the host, was so easy to talk to and even brought us a grill brush when we couldn’t find one. Great location for visiting for football games or visiting a student. 5 stars!
