Positive: Faith (host) is welcoming, responsive, and helpful. My check in was seamless and easy. The apartment fit my needs. it's spacious and well maintained. The pictures are a true representation of the apartment. Its also close to essentials (restaurants, grocery store, etc)
Negative: The bedroom fan isn't working well. It would be nice to have it working.

No Mountain View from the apartment, No breakfast. 3. No iron box until we had to ask for it. 4. Toiletries provided on day 2

Positive: Very cheap to hire a whole apartment in Nairobi. 03 fully furnished bedrooms and a living room with kitchen
Negative: Rooms aren’t properly cleaned, bedsheets are not cleaned. Towels are not cleaned. The name of Hills view is no where visible and it took us one hour to find the apartment. It’s inside an apartment complex. Breakfast will be prepared by an attendant. As we have left early so the cost of breakfast was discounted to us.

Positive: The house was in a good location and had nice furnishing.
Negative: 1. The host was not prepared for us - we were sent to a wrong room & given wrong codes. The prices she quoted and demanded for payment severally was different from what was on the offer. She agreed after forcing me to send screenshots. A hidden usd 10 was also asked for (this was not part of the fee shown while booking). 2. The Apartment security and staff are not trained to handle guests. The receptionist and night guards were condescending and operated more on fear than welcome. 3. The booking included breakfast - none was provided and host did not look into it. This was false advertising. 4. The morning cleaner was rude and did not appear to know how to handle guests.
Summary: The expectation versus the experience had a big gap.
